President & Chief Executive Officer - Kingsley Hill
Mr. Hill is an accomplished technology company executive in both large companies and smaller start-up companies. He has been involved in Voice-over IP nearly since its inception. His experience as CIO at Frontier Communications led him to write a seminal white paper on the Voice over IP in 1994. Mr. Hill served as the Chief Operating Officer for Planetactive GmbH in Duesseldorf, Germany, one of Germany's premier internet companies, and the operator of the country's largest online interactive gaming platform. Mr. Hill is a recognized leader among peers, setting standards for excellence company wide and piloting organizations to new levels of performance. Mr. Hill is a creative thinker known for driving leading-edge technology and business solutions. He is a strong communicator, capable of building top-producing teams, delivering world-class customer service, and strengthening key relationships at all levels. Mr. Hill is a graduate of George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and holds a BS in Econometrics.
Vice President & Chief Technical Officer - Dr. Ed Guy
Ed Guy is a seasoned Computer Systems Architect & Systems Engineer with broad experience in network-based, large-scale & highly available voice and data systems. He possesses an established track record in determining customer business and technology needs, translating these needs into business models and software specifications, and prototyping and participating in the full deployment lifecycle. As CTO & later Chief Scientist of pulver.com, Dr. Guy created most of the current Free World Dialup as well as deployed a VoIP system for a major North American telephony carrier based on open source software. In addition, he developed forwardOUT, a global application for the balanced sharing of phone lines, and provided the integration technology for BlueLava Software, an open-source Linux communication software distribution. Dr. Guy frequently lectures at industry forums and at the university level. During his career, he has worked as an internal consultant, Systems Engineer and Architect at General Electric and Digital Equipment. Guy holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
Vice President -- Business Development - Guy Lanni
Guy Lanni is a seasoned Sales and Marketing executive highly experienced in the telecommunications industry. He has held key positions such as Vice President Sales and Marketing at Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications, VP Sales at PanAmSat as well as being one of the 2 founding members of Teleport Communications Group, now known as ATT Local.
Vice President -- Corporate Development - Ari Rabban
Ari Rabban is highly experienced in the Communications, Internet and Voice-Over-IP fields. He has held key management positions at companies such as Lucent and VocalTec where he was Vice President of Corporate Development & Marketing. He is well known throughout the VoIP industry. Ari holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Law degree and Economics degree both from Tel Aviv University.
