Interconnection Agreement
Service Providers (SPs) and other Network providers wishing to interconnect through IPeerX must agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. In order to provide broader connectivity and richer IP Communication Services,
- Service Providers agree to exchange and accept traffic to and from IPeerX, as well as all other directly connected IPeerX peers as coordinated by IPeerX
- Service Providers are not obligated to transit traffic for any other IPeerX peer, that is, Service Providers are not obligated or expected to pass traffic to other Service Providers
- All agree that traffic shall not be filtered or tampered with nor shall it be examined for content by IPeerX or anyone peering with IPeerX, excepting that which is required for normal operations or to fulfill a legal requirement
- No monetary settlements are required by this agreement
- This agreement is non-binding, and related services are operated on a best effort basis
